Booking Process & Information

◎Please note that, apart from this page, all of our communication will be in Japanese only.
(facility information, booking confirmations, replies to inquiries, etc.)
If possible, we would appreciate it if you could translate your inquiry into Japanese before sending it.

◎Please make reservations and inquiries using the booking form on our website.
Please note that we cannot accept your reservation if any of the following is missing: name, dates, number of guests, email address, phone number or home address.
Booking confirmations and all further information will be sent by email (in Japanese).

◎Once your reservation has been accepted, we will email you our brochure, a booking confirmation (invoice) and check-in instructions as attachments (in Japanese).

◎Payment must be made in advance by bank transfer, by the due date we specify. If we cannot confirm your payment by the due date, your reservation will be cancelled. Please note that we do not accept credit cards.

◎Check-in takes place at the "Kanki Management Office."
Please note that the Kanki Management Office is not located next to Log Cottage Kanki.

The accommodation tax must be paid at check-in on the day of arrival (cash only).
We will use a translation device to assist you at check-in.
